"I believe that my approach to treatment of my clients is offering them a place of solace and solitude to find their own path to the healing that they seek. Our minds and bodies inherently know what is needed to come back to our core essence, so that optimal health is a way of being. It is through my years of experience in treating patients with health issues and receiving bodywork myself that I am integrating all of my resources to support others in their healing journey.  I see myself as a conduit, a guide, a 'holder of space', for others to have the experience of being deeply touched.  I choose the modalities of Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, Somatic Mindfulness and Shiatsu, as I believe that working through 'dis-ease' we can find the 'flow of ease' and allow life to unfold as it is meant to and this then in turn allows for optimal health and well-being."
