Charlene is a NYS Licensed Massage Therapist and previously worked as a Registered Nurse. A graduate of the Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy and Maria College, Charlene brings over 25 years of nursing experience to her massage practice. Enthusiastic about holistic medicine and mind-body therapies, she believes massage supports and facilitates the body’s natural ability to heal itself.

In addition to Therapeutic Swedish Massage and Shiatsu, Charlene has completed advanced training in Lomi Lomi and Energy Work. By incorporating the above modalities into her massage sessions, along with Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy and Polarity, Charlene creates a unique massage experience for each client.

Her ultimate goal is to develop a long term professional relationship with her clients in order to support and empower them on their wellness journey.
